Aaron and Reny are the most down to Earth guys you’ll ever meet. Very knowledgeable, personable and they both have a great sense of humor.

I purchased a laptop from them earlier in the year for my photography business and they have been taking care of me ever since.

Right down to a new OS update that totally stalled my computer, they fixed it, updated it and just sent me on my way.

I just drove up from Kelowna and bought a beautiful 2015 MacBook Air from Reny. It was relatively inexpensive, well refurbed and set up. Highly recommended!

Over the years my home network and computers were updated\upgraded by me and my son. We are proof of the saying that a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing. Last week the whole thing came crashing down. Occasionally I work from home and I needed the system up and running to be able to do so. I contacted Reny Bassani and after a few phone calls and a remote log in, he said he would come right over to have a look. ( 7:30 pm on a weeknight ! ) So, Reny arrives and he said he couldn’t figure out how we even had a connection to do anything given the way we had configured the home system Roughly 90 minutes later everything was up and running. Watching Reny work was an experience. His technical skills were amazing. He basically rewired our whole system. He was unplugging wiring and plugging wiring back in so fast it was hard to follow. He even returned our Google Nest Family to the network as they were “lost in space“. He updated all of our devices (tablets and phones) and made sure everything was working before he departed. I just paid his bill which was more than reasonable given his skill set and attending in a weekday evening to assist me. If you are looking for someone in IT to assist you, Reny is your guy.
